Mollie Kallen, MS, CRC, CCM, serves as VP of Business Development at MKCM/An IMA Group Company, bringing over 30 years of experience in the workers’ compensation industry. She founded MKCM in 2007 with a vision of providing “individualized and custom case management services to customers of varying sizes, both nationally and locally, while monitoring cost containment, ensuring appropriate file movement and real time communication.” ZoomInfo Beginning her career as a public school teacher before transitioning to counseling and psychology, Mollie gained expertise at leading case management companies including Intracorp, Corvel, and Genex before building MKCM into a national operation with over 500 case managers. In August 2022, MKCM was acquired by The IMA Group, further expanding their national footprint in case management services while maintaining the company’s leadership team and operating under its original name. Business WireA recognized industry leader, Mollie specializes in medical, psychological, disability, catastrophic illness, and vocational case management, having assisted over 700 individuals from hundreds of private companies and government entities. She is actively involved in knowledge-sharing as a professor at Work Comp College, a board member of the Florida Stay at Work Consortium, and a frequent speaker at national and regional conferences. Judge Robert Rassp,

The Honorable Robert G. Rassp has served as Presiding Judge at the WCAB Los Angeles District Office since December 16, 2019, where he supervises 18 judges and 60 staff. He is a graduate of Loyola Law School (1981) and previously earned two undergraduate degrees from the University of California at Irvine in 1978 at age 20. Prior to his judicial appointment in April 2018, Judge Rassp practiced workers’ compensation and social security disability law for 37 years, having established his own law firm in 1983. A certified specialist in workers’ compensation law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization since 1994, he is widely recognized for his significant contributions to workers’ compensation literature. He is the author of “Lawyer’s Guide To The AMA Guides and California Workers’ Compensation,” now in its 18th edition, and serves as Editor-In-Chief of the Rassp & Herlick 22-chapter treatise, both published by LexisNexis. He also co-authored Chapter 24 of the “AMA Guide To The Evaluation of Causation Of Disease and Injuries” (second edition, AMA Press 2013).Beyond his legal career, Judge Rassp has demonstrated exceptional leadership in multiple capacities. He served as Chair of Friends Research Institute’s West Coast Institutional Review Board for fifteen years before being appointed as a member of the Friends Research Institute’s Board of Directors in 2005, and later becoming Chair of the Board in 2009. Since 2017, he has been an adjunct professor of law at Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, teaching workers’ compensation law as an upper-division class. Judge Rassp previously served as a member of the State Bar Workers’ Compensation Law Section Executive Committee and became its Chair in 2000-2001. He maintains memberships on the LexisNexis California Workers’ Compensation Editorial Board and the Larson’s National Workers’ Compensation Advisory Board. In his spare time, Judge Rassp is an accomplished keyboardist who plays rock and roll music with his two bands, “CC&R” and “Retro.”

Catherine Bennett is a seasoned marketing and public relations leader with more than 20 years of experience shaping brand strategy, elevating visibility, and building strong industry relationships in the risk management and insurance sectors. She served as Sedgwick’s first public relations director, where she launched innovative communications strategies, developed award-winning programs, and created thought leadership content that helped position the company as an industry leader.

Catherine’s career spans leadership roles at Hylant Group, Johnson & Higgins (now Marsh), and Corroon & Black (now Willis Towers Watson), as well as her own consultancy, Bennett Creative. She has extensive experience directing high-profile events and conferences, designing educational content, and mentoring professionals in marketing and communications. Her work has earned industry recognition, including the prestigious Gold Quill Award for her book The Art of Self-Insurance.
With deep expertise in both marketing and risk management, Catherine brings a unique perspective to advancing workers’ compensation education and communication. She also lends her leadership through advisory roles with organizations such as PRIMA CPC, Work Comp Changemaker© Awards, ACE Advisory Group, Kids’ Chance of California, and RIMS.
