What is a Work Comp Changemaker©? Changemakers take it upon themselves to improve the environment and society through creative action to solve social or environmental problems. Changemakers are self-motivated to act, intentionally identify issues, and work toward solutions. They are often visionary and knowledgeable and have strong relationships built on trust.
Our Advisory Committee identifies innovative individuals who initiate action, use critical thinking, solve problems, collaborate, and communicate to bring about positive change in the workers’ compensation system.
